(1) Install adjustable height leveling casters

Here we install levelling castors onto the industrial aluminum profile. It needs to use slider nuts and hexagonal bolts.

① Use M8*20 and M8 slider nuts.
② Place the nuts in the profile grooves in advance.
③ Put the bolt through the hole in the leveling wheel. Then connect directly to the nut.
④ Tighten with a spanner.

(2) Use the levelling castors

Rotate the red part of casters with leveling feet clockwise. Lower the corresponding base feet and the equipment height . Turn the four leveling castors down together. So we can move the machine position;

Turn the red part of leveling stem casters counterclockwise. Raise the corresponding base leg and machine height. Turn the four leveling wheels together. So you can fix the equipment.

Adjust the four levelling castors together. Then it can keep the equipment in a horizontal and stable position. Do not place the appliance in a position where it is difficult to operate.

Note: you can’t move this casters with leveling feet for long distance.
